Cancellation Policy

BOOKING FEES AND SERVICE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Booking fees are necessary to protect QTDRS from excessive booking and subsequent cancellations. They are often good motivators for you/client to prioritize your chosen session time. YOU MUST NOTIFY THE COACH PRIOR TO 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED SESSION TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RESCHEDULE. IF YOU NOTIFY YOUR COACH WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SESSION, YOU FORFEIT YOUR BOOKING FEE (EVEN IF THERE WAS AN EMERGENCY). Each booking fee is eligible for 1(one) reschedule if over 24 hours notice of cancellation was given. For rescheduling, email qtrelationships@gmail.com.
